Our main goal is to provide shelter and care for locally abandoned (stray)cats. Our focus is on the village "Domlyan", for now.

We shelter our cats with emphasis on freedom. For years we gave them the option of going outdoors and even roaming the village. But this is very risky due to diseases, moving vehicles, other animals and especially human behavior.

Therefor we're continuously building with the aim of encapsulating our property and to make a feline fortress, check out our current projects.

All our cats get vaccinated and boosted yearly and dewormed multiple times per year.

We provide indoor and outdoor secure spaces, a diverse mix of nutritious (and in cases individual) food and quarantining sick or wounded cats. Cats won't be euthanized, unless endlessly suffering.

Newcomers are quarantined instantly and checked by a veterinarian as soon as possible. During quarantine our cat whisperer will try to socialize and (re-)build its trust in humans. When healthy, the cat is slowly introduced to the rest of our sanctuary and its furry residents.

Our aim is to spay (sterilize/castrate) between the age of 6 and 9 months old. Highly pregnant arrivals is a different story (link to story soon).

We promote adoptions, to secure a perfectly fitting forever home. This is not in all cases necessary/possible. Cats can stay permanently. All resident cats can be sponsored.
